These are the final results, we have ratified them through several lines of communication. The confusion was cause by some children crossing the finish line, then realising they still had a lap to do and crossing the finish line later for a second time. This is something we are working on to avoid for next year. While electronic timing might be the answer in a big race, for a small race like ours, we would need to increase the entry fee by a considerable amount and even then, is not 100% foolproof. A copy of the revised results has also been sent to the East Midlands Series co-ordinator.
